All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If your payment fails or your subscription expires, access to the Services may be suspended until payment is completed.

3. Setup Fees

Some Services require a one-time setup fee, as described during checkout. Setup fees cover initial configuration, onboarding, or software installation and are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].

Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a billing period or early cancellations unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our Services, including billing, contact, and business details.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, data, or content you upload do not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided through our Services are owned by or licensed to BlackReef Marketing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your own business purposes.
